The Grade 7 students have completed their lunch box project and they look great! Attached
are some examples of the final lunchbox products that the students have worked hard on for the past several weeks.
The students have begun a new unit called, ‘Pure Substance and Mixtures’. They
have
been assigned chapter readings and textbook questions to answer. They
have also conducted a lab investigating solutions and the factors that
can affect the rate of dissolving in solutions. To date, the grade 7's
should have a note on classifying matter and a list of the factors that affect the
rate of dissolving.
