The grade 8’s have worked hard on their Incredible Cell Projects. We had a great turnout of fantastic creative cell models! Pictures will soon be posted. The students received their marks for their model portion of the project. They will be getting back their written report portion soon. The students will have a quiz this week on the Plant and Animal cell parts and functions of the organelles. They have also begun an experiment investigating cellular processes such as Diffusion and Osmosis in class and making observations. They will eventually need to write up the experiment as a formal lab that they will be handing in for marking.
