Grade 6 Science

Students should have received back both their Biodiversity Project marks and their Flight test marks.  They have been working on constructing their model paper airplanes and they will be due this week to test (dates have been given out tentatively in class).  Their report will be due the following class after they have had a chance to test their model airplanes and collect information for their report.

On the test day, students will be asked three questions:
1) What challenges and modifications did they make to their   model airplane?
2) Explain where the elevators, rudder and ailerons are located on their model.
3) Explain what stunt their model airplane can do using the terms (pitch, roll, and yaw).

Report Cards will be going out February 14th. Interviews are not mandatory, but will be requested by me if there is a need.  If you would like to request an interview, I will be providing you with a link to schedule an interview in the next few days.
