The grades 7’s have been studying Heat and Temperature. They have examined the behaviour of particles in the 3 states of matter and they have been using thermometers and learning how they work scientifically. They will be having a quiz this week on the material covered to date. Below is a review list that we went over as a class to help them study.

- How do the particles behave in each state ?(move, space, attraction)
- How does heat affect particles?
- Thermometer and the parts (bulb, stem, scale etc.)
- How does a thermometer work? – expansion, contraction
- Changes of States of Matter (melting, freezing etc.)
