Grade 8 Science
We took up our Viscosity and Flow Rate questions and the students started learning about Density. They will be practicing calculating density and they can expect a quiz coming up shortly after.
Grade 7 Science
We wrapped up our discussion on how a thermometer works and how it is related to the particle theory. The students started learning about different Changes in States. They performed a lab related and we will continue to review these concepts next week. They can expect an upcoming quiz on this material soon.
Grade 6 Science
This past week the students were studying electrical circuits and how a dry cell (battery) works. They should also know the parts that are found in a battery. They can expect a quiz coming up soon.

Grade 8 Science
The students received their test and were asked to get it signed. They conducted an experiment on Viscosity and Flow rate and handed in their results and discussions questions related to the lab. We will take up these results and then move on to Density.
Grade 7 Science
This past week the students were given time to work on their formal lab report write up. It was due on Thursday. We will continue to investigate heat and changes in states next week.
Grade 6 Science
This week, the students were learning about circuits. They were using materials to create series and parallel circuits.
